How do my shoes come presented?

All shoes come beautifully presented in a clear bag with a zip closer and rope carry handle. Their presentation makes ideal presents and the clever zip closer means the bag can be reused.

What can I do if I have ordered the wrong size?

Simply return the unworn shoes enclosing your receipt within 7 days and we will be happy to exchange them for a different size or design.

I would like to order my shoes over the phone is that possible?

Yes it is. Simply ring Pre Shoes on 01949 835114 and we will take your order and payment details over the phone. Once payment is confirmed we will destroy your details.

How do I clean my shoes?

Simply remove surface dirt with a damp cloth, using a mild detergent solution if needed.
We do not recommend that you put Pre Shoes in a washing machine.

What information do you collect from me and why?

We collect your name, address and contact details in order that we can deliver the goods that you order to you. In addition if you register for our newsletter, we will use the details that you supply to keep you updated as to the exciting products and news we have.

Do you share the information with any third parties?

In short, No! We are registered with the Information Commissioner as Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 1998 and are limited with what we can do with your data. If we do decide to share information with third parties in the future we will let our registered users know by email or by updating these FAQ's.

Is the site secure to take my credit card details?

Pre Shoes uses a secure payment gateway provided by HSBC Bank to process your on-line payments. When you choose to pay on-line your details are collected and processed by HSBC.

HSBC's payment gateway uses 128 bit encryption using industry standard encryption technology. When inputting your card details there will be a padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and the web address may change to "https".
