www.preshoes.co.uk is a site operated by Pre Shoes, a trading name of Susie Warner. Our main trading address is 12, Chapel Lane, Hose, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE14 4JG.

OUR STATUS

We may provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking, that products you purchase from third party sellers through our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are DISCLAIMED by us absolutely. This DISCLAIMER does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller.

PRICE

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

DELIVERY

All Pre Shoes are sent first class post and will be dispatched the same day of ordering for delivery the next day, if order is placed by 3pm.

CANCELLATION

Should you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you can do so by sending an email to info@preshoes.co.uk

RISK AND TITLE

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We at Pre Shoes are confident that you will be happy with your order. However, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to give you an exchange or refund. Please return your purchase within 7 working days of delivery in perfect original condition enclosing your proof of purchase. We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable. We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, Pre Shoes will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out.

Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at our discretion.

APPLICABLE LAWS

Any dispute arising from the use of this web site or Pre Shoes products will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
